I've decided I am far better off using Blogger than Livejournal as I have no clue about LJ!!!! So I'm going to transfer my blogs so far over here and then carry on! I'll use my LJ account for other things....but to find out all about the crazy 2 yo....stay with us and enjoy the ride!!
The cutest thing happened today…and yesterday!!

2yo wanted some yoghurt, which he eats like it’s candy!!!I told him to get a fork out while I got the yoghurt… a fork you might ask, that would be because he refuses to eat yoghurt with a spoon!?!?He got out a yellow and a purple fork. He then proceeded to tell me he “Choose Choose” and held up the Yellow and stated “Yellow” and then held up the purple and stated “Purple”.. he then cocked his head to the side with a raised eyebrow firmly stated…. Yellow…. Threw the purple in the draw and ran off to enjoy his hattata yoggie!!

We went to a friends house for a bbq. For some reason 2yo is so much happier when playing with the older kids!!! Of course they used this to their full advantage and were bossing him around!!! He held his own too yelling out from downstairs, “Fend…downtairs downtairs”… “Come Come”!!!!! I’m not too sure if he’s a follower or a leader, but for now seems a healthy balance between the two. All I know is he absolutely loves to play with the big kids!!!

Sometimes I wish I had the mind of a 2 year old!! The things this child retains is amazing!
Now...I just have to remind Mr B that he isn't to tell said 2yo about things that are going to happen until just before they do... case in point..
Mr B decided to tell the 2yo that we were going to be some friends on Friday....2yo got very excited yelling out his friends names and cheering (I kid you not, he even fist pumps the air!) Only problem?!?!? It was MONDAY and we weren't going to be seeing the friends until FRIDAY! Sooo...what have I been dealing with for the past week?? 2yo asking EVERY time he wakes from a sleep whether he was going to his fends house......he even remembers that they have a piano and has been running around tapping everything like a piano!! The poor child has no concept of time, however his Mother most definitely does and has to deflect all queries for a week.. thank goodness the night has finally arrived and we will finally be able to let the 2yo's mind move on ....
Til the next time Mr B tells him we're doing something... AND NO Mr B, DO NOT tell him he's going to meet Mickey and Pooh Bear yet, that's not til May of NEXT year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sitting here enjoying some Vegemite on toast for breakfast...I have asked 2yo numerous times if he would like some toast and he is insistent that he doesn't with his 'no peas no peas' ~ not talking about peas the food either! Back to what I was saying...so I'm just taking a bite and his cute little face appears and said peass...peas.. toast... mine... and then proceeds to hold his hand out and take my toast from me.....Does it taste better because it's already got my teeth marks in it??
*Sigh*
Oh well, another day of fighting to get 2yo to eat real food begins again..
Food 2yo will devour on a good day:
Toast with Vegemite (good Aussie kid!)
Toast with Peanut Butter
above products eaten in the form of non-toasted bread aka sandwich
Bananas
Apples with Peanut Butter (whoops, picked that up from the Americans!)
Yoghurt - the kid would live on this stuff and loves his Nemo yoghurt or his Hattatta yoghurt (translation: Hannah Montana)
Chicken Nuggets
Pippies (translation: Chippies - both hot & cold)
Cheerios, Nutrigrain and Sultana Bran flakes (without milk) ~we have to be having an extremely hungry day for this!
Butternut Snap Cookies ~ and don't even TRY to fool the kid into eating a non-BSC cause he KNOWS !!
Wiggles biscuits
Popcorn ~ loves popcorn, that can't be a bad thing right, it's just corn...popped??!!?
Some days he'll eat 1/2 noodle of spaghetti but only whilst I am singing Cold Spaghetti by the Wiggles!

I think that about wraps it all up... not from lack of trying but he won't touch anything else....we've tried bribing, timeout, going to bed, going without anything...usually resulting in him telling us with much gusto that he'll get NO MILK, NO TT *(tv), NO FENDS (friends), NO CHOCCIE and resulting in husband and I trying to cover our snickers of laughter!
In the Beginning

In the beginning there was a..... livejournal blog....
At the current time I'm not too sure what I'll be writing about, but the majority of content will probably involve the daily anecdotes of my gorgoeus 2 year old who I swear is actually 20 in a 2 year old body! Some of the things he comes out with!
I love all things my family and all things Twilight. I have just become a Mother again to a beauitful 3 month old Matilda and spend my days at home with them. Prior to that I had a very serious job however I utilised the government organisation I was working for to pay me for my hard work whilst I read fan fiction EVERY shift!!!!! Fan fiction....another addiction that may have found it's way into my life!! I love it and can escape from everything with a good story! I am constantly amazed at the talent in the fandom and enjoy the unique and fun things these writers come up with involving our favourite characters.
I'm Team Edward if we're talking Edward/Jacob however I have a soft spot for Emmett...probably closely helped from the time I met Kellan Lutz....yummy! I also have a little Pocket man in my life and enjoy making memories with Aussie PockEd!!!!
